Everest Region The trek to eastern Nepal takes you to the most famous of all the Himalayan peaks including Mount Everest,the highest peak in the world, Makalu and Kanchanjunga.
Mount Everest is situated in Sagarmatha National Park which comprises some of the most harsh terrain and deep gorges..The lower part of the park is dominated by pine forests but as we climb higher silver fir, birch, rhododendron and juniper cover he landscape. The normal trekking route t osagarmatha or Mount Everest follows classic route taken by Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa in their first successful ascend of the peak in 1953.the route take you through the Sherpa villages of Solukhumbhu, over from challenging passes and beautiful forests and cultivated terraces and also some spectacular monasteries.
