Tilicho Lake and Mesokanto Pass Trekking (17 Days)

This trek demands good physical condition and mountaineering knowledge. This is level four category of trekking. TILICHO LAKE is one of the highest according to the attitude in the world and situated in Annapurna region. Annapurna is popular destination for trekking and mountaineering in Nepal can be reached at TILICHO LAKE gradually uphill through higher Manang in TILICHO LAKE with the TILICHO BASE CAMP will give you proper acclimatization during the trek. You will walk through the pristine glacier to pass the TILICHO at 4900m and MESOKANTO-LA at 5100m.
This is non tourist area, few tourist are often travel and discover the adventure of TILICHO LAKE along the “OUT OF BEATEN PATH” by passing TILICHO PASS (5,000m) and MESOKANTU PASS offer you huge diversities of floras and faunas in accordance with altitude, beautiful barren landscape, YaK Pastures as well as spectacular views of Manaslu, Annapurna and Dhaulagiri range.
Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu & Transfer to Hotel
Day 02 : Kathmandu sightseeing and Trek preparation.
Day 03. Kathmandu to Besisahar (823 m). 7 hours
Day 04.Besisahar to Bahundanda (1398 m). 5 hours
Day 05. Bahundanda to Jagat (1300 m). 6 hours
Day 06. Jagat to Dharapani (1960 m). 6 hours
Day 07. Dharapani to Chame (1960 m). 5 hours
Day 08. Chame to Pisang (3100 m). 6 hours
Day 09. Pisang to Manang (3440 m). 6 hours
Day 10. Manang - (Acclimatization Day)
Day 11. Manang (3500m) trek to Khangsar (3734m). 6 hours
Day 12. Khangsar (3734m) trek to Tilicho Lake (4120m). 5 hours
Day 13. Exploration day around Tilicho Lake (4900m)
Day 14. Mesokantu la pass (5099m) trek to Jomsom (2710m) overnight stay at tented camp, 6 hrs walk
Day 15: Fly from Jomsom – Pokhara
Day 16: Drive from Pokhara – Kathmandu
Day 17: last day of yours trip in Nepal

• Extra night accommodation in Kathmandu because of early arrival, late departure, and early return from the mountain(due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary

• Personal expenses (phone calls, laundry, bar bills, extra porters, bottled or boiled water, etc)
• Tips for guides and porters
Note: All participants have to give a copy of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in case of accident or sickness. In case of your insurance don't cover helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu and make agreement that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses paid by Nepal Assemble Treks for your helicopter rescue or research. Without this agreement, you cannot participate in trek.
In The trek the guide is allowed to change the itinerary, depending of the weather, climate and the physical condition of participants. Each participant who stop his trek or make changes any form of program may not ask any money compensation to the agency.
